Jon-Pierre has over 20 years of experience and has worked in fine dining restaurants and 5-star hotels in the London area throughout his career giving him his unique talent.

 

His vision is for Spit-Boy Smoked/Rotisserie to provide nutritious restaurant quality food at a reasonable cost to local customers in the Croydon area.
